Move & Mingle

Come for the Pilates. Stay for the people.

Pilates in the Park is more than a workout. It's a chance to get outside, meet new people and be part of a community that cheers each other on. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you'll leave with a few new ones.

Come solo, leave with friends

Plenty of people come on their own. Everyone is welcomed in from the first class.

Fresh air, good energy

Moving outside with a group just feels better. You'll leave lighter than you arrived.

Every level welcome

Brand new or seasoned, I'll give you options so everyone moves together.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm a movement coach and Pilates instructor who's spent over a decade in the fitness industry. I love bringing strong, spicy flows that push you to take the harder option and walk away loving the way your body moves.

But it wasn't always like this. I used to punish my body in the gym, thinking if I was skinny enough I'd be loved. Pilates taught me the opposite. That I could be strong without being hard on myself. Push without punishing. Rest without guilt.

Now I teach people to listen to their bodies, both when to push harder and when to back off. And I love seeing a group of strangers turn into a community. That's the Natalie Grace Method.
